Sitting with Anger - Coming Back Soon
In this class we will focus on meditative writing along with meditation practices such as breathing techniques, visualizations, and sound healing. We will work in conjunction with Thich Nhat Hanh’s book Anger: Wisdom for Cooling the Flames and Love and Rage: The Path of Liberation Through Anger Book by Lama Rod Owens.
